This year brought some big changes to our IT structure as we fully moved to SharePoint and added another location. The Stockton office has been a big project and really needed Advantage overseeing their IT needs. Their prior IT services had inconsistent procedures and documentation processes. When I raised some concerns about tickets, I was impressed to find out Justin was already working on a solution to streamline the process. I couldn’t have been more grateful for such proactive service.

We also faced challenges with phishing emails and wire fraud this past year. Advantage jumped in immediately to talk it over with us and our client.
